    1. Umesh late some se dikkat to hoti hi hai, aapki fitness kharab hoti hai, aapka weight badhne ya ghatne lagta hai aur kyi tarah ki problem hoti hai so try kare ki jaldi sone ki, lekin iske liye kaam na chode… Kahne ka matlab ye hai ki jitni jaldi so sakte hai utni jaldi soye to acha rahega.
      Aapki health down hone ke piche bhut se reasons ho sakte hai, meri salah maano aur next holiday waale din sabse pahle ja kar ek baar apna health checkup karwao, ye cheez hume har 6 month me ek baar jarur karni chahiye. Isse basic reason ka pata chal jayega aur us par work karke problem solve ho jayegi, but health check up is must, vo jarur karwao.
